In order for thisto happenin thistreatment, certain photosensitivedrugs;are administeredintravenouslyintothe patient. Normally, overa few days, the drugwill zoom in and concentrate on the diseased cellsand destroy it. There are however,someside effects suchas skin sensitivity, nausea and vomiting.
